I am currently seeking to collaborate with a small number of villa owners on Lake Como who value reliability, discretion, and consistent oversight of their property during the summer season.

My background includes over 15 years of hands-on experience in hospitality and short-term rentals, both internationally and in the Como area, with direct involvement in guest management and day-to-day operations.

I offer a structured and detail-oriented approach, including:
– careful guest selection
– check-in and check-out management
– coordination of housekeeping with post-stay inspection
– periodic supervision of the property

While my experience has been primarily built on personally managed properties, I am now focused on applying the same level of care and attention to a limited number of high-quality villas.

My goal is to ensure smooth operations, respectful guests, and preservation of the property over time.
